Royal Mail Tracked 48 (under £75): £4.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (over £75): Free

Full tracking from dispatch, with compensation of up to £50 in the event of loss.

Delivery times are Royal Mail's aims rather than guaranteed delivery times, so occasionally things may take a little longer.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed on the next working day.

We don't process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.

For example, an order placed on a Tuesday will normally be processed and dispatched on Wednesday:

Tracked 24: usually arrives Thursday
Tracked 48: usually arrives Friday

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, or the next working day where a bank holiday applies.

Your privacy matters

Every order is sent in plain, discreet packaging.

There is no product description, intimate imagery or indication of the contents on the outside of your parcel. Your Amoura Edit order will arrive just like any other online purchase.

Tracking your order

Both delivery options include full tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We're unable to accept responsibility for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Something hasn't arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, don't panic. Get in touch with us and we'll help investigate the delay with Royal Mail.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we'll resolve the matter in accordance with our legal obligations and the terms of the delivery service used.
