We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information on our website are as accurate as possible.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.

Some products may have minor variations in packaging or appearance where the manufacturer has updated the product.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions or guidance supplied with the product.

Adult products

The Amoura Edit sells products intended for adult use.

By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are legally entitled to do so in your place of residence.

Prices and payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information where an obvious error has occurred. If an obvious pricing error affects an order you have placed, we'll contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

Once your order has been received, we'll send you an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched. At that point, a contract between you and The Amoura Edit is formed.

If we're unable to accept your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible and refund any payment you've made for the order.

We may be unable to accept an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or we have reason to believe an order has been placed fraudulently.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Our delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery & Shipping page.

Orders are processed on the next working day. We do not normally process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.

We will aim to ensure your order reaches you within the delivery timeframe provided at checkout. If circumstances outside our control cause a significant delay, we'll keep you informed where appropriate.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to return an order, including cancellation rights and our arrangements for faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

Nothing in these terms affects your consumer rights.

For intimate and hygiene-sensitive products, unopened hygiene-sealed products may be eligible for return where applicable. Once a hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, we may not be able to accept a change-of-mind return where the product is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Damaged or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged, or a product appears to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please take photographs of the packaging and product and include them when contacting us. This helps us assess the issue and work with our fulfilment partner or manufacturer where necessary.

Please do not continue to use a product that appears to be faulty or unsafe.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

Product safety and responsible use

Please read and follow any instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with your products.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose.

The Amoura Edit cannot be responsible for injury, damage or loss resulting from using a product incorrectly, contrary to its instructions, or for a purpose for which it was not designed.

This does not affect your consumer rights in relation to faulty or unsafe products.

Product images and packaging

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date. However, manufacturers may occasionally update product packaging, colours or design. The product you receive may therefore differ slightly in appearance from the images shown on our website. Such changes will not affect the product's functionality or key specifications.

All content on The Amoura Edit website, including photographs, text, graphics, logos and branding, belongs to The Amoura Edit or is used with permission.

You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially use our website content without our permission.
